    ThaiQuran Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to distributing free Thai-translated Qurans to Thai Muslims. Our services include:

    2. ✅ Access to online Quran text and translation
    3. ✅ Fundraising and donation opportunities

  2. Eligibility and User Registration
    1. You must create an account to request a free ThaiQuran.
    2. Only one account per person is allowed; duplicate accounts may be removed.
    3. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
    4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any fraudulent activity is detected.
  3. Free Quran Distribution & Shipping Policy
    1. ThaiQuran is free (Waqf), but recipients must pay a fixed 100 Baht shipping fee.
    2. Orders can only be placed during limited batch openings; dates will be announced on our website and social media.
    3. The Order button is only accessible inside the Member Login dashboard after registration.
    4. Payment must be made with the exact amount displayed (including the unique payment code) to ensure smooth verification.
    5. Failure to pay the correct amount may delay or cancel your order.
  4. Donations & Financial Contributions
    1. Donations to ThaiQuran Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
    2. All funds collected are used for printing and distributing Qurans, improving digital resources, and supporting foundation operations.
    3. ThaiQuran Foundation does not sell Qurans; all contributions are directed toward charitable efforts.
    4. We do not guarantee any tax benefits for donations. Please consult local tax authorities if applicable.
  5. Prohibited Activities

    You agree NOT to:

    1. ❌ Use our website or services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
    2. ❌ Resell or distribute ThaiQuran for commercial purposes.
    3. ❌ Provide false payment information or manipulate the ordering system.
    4. ❌ Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to disrupt our website.
    5. ❌ Violate any local or international laws while using our services.
    We reserve the right to ban users, cancel orders, or take legal action if any violations occur.

  6. Privacy & Data Protection
    1. Your personal data (name, email, shipping details) is collected only for order processing and communication.
    2. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where necessary for logistics and payment processing.

  7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

  8. QR Code & Digital Features
    1. Our Qurans include QR codes for accessing Tafseer, audio recitations, and learning resources.
    2. The QR code features are still under development, and only some pages are currently active.
    3. Users can submit feedback or suggest improvements via our Feedback Form.
    4. ThaiQuran is not responsible for external content linked through QR codes.
  9. Third-Party Links & Services
    1. Our website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., payment processors, social media, Islamic resources, etc.).
    2. We are not responsible for the accuracy, security, or policies of these third-party services.
